Redmine 3CX Integration is an unofficial plugin that connects your 3CX phone system with the Redmine Contacts CRM plugin, enabling real-time caller identification during incoming calls. It provides a Basic Auth-protected REST API endpoint that 3CX queries to look up contact information by phone number, with normalization handling various formats. The plugin includes a downloadable XML configuration template for easy 3CX setup, respects Redmine project permissions, and searches across all contact phone fields (business, home, mobile) to display matching contacts directly in 3CX. Requires Redmine 5.1+, Redmine Contacts plugin 4.4.x.
