Allow the user to easily update the issue's parent, and issues co-relations like "related" or "follows" directly into "Project Issues" page, just drag a issue over another issue and choose what you want to change!

Installation notes
git clone into plugin folder, restart Redmine and use directly into "Project Issues" page
