- Okay, partway there (HURRAY for open source!). Turns out I *do* have the ability to create new issues, from the sidebar on the left. However, ... "Sandbox - Redmine demo" site has -- a "New Issue" tab along the _top_ of the screen (between "Issues" and "News"). Any clue on how to get that? Thanks!

- I could be misunderstanding the question, but ... 2. Click on the project you want to add an issue to. 3. On the right hand-side, where it says "New Issue", click on the drop-down list below that. 4. Select the "issue" type from the drop down. 5. New issue? Is cool?
