- I have the same problem when using Mongrel in ... restart it and it goes away. As far as the issues with Apache, make sure you "chown -R apache ... e "error_log" for permission denied problems.

This patch moves the code that updates referenced_issues above that test, so that it still will avoid a duplicate attempt to close the issue, but nonetheless will add the reference to the issue.
