I can not change settings of email notifications

I try to change "Email notifications" from "Any event..." to "Only for things..." in my account settings. When I press "SAVE" system say "Account was successfully updated." but Email notifications field stay "Any event..." :(

Can anyone help me?

I'm not able to replicate the described behaviour on current Redmine trunk.
Please provide some more info. See Submissions.
