Creation of redmine wiki

How to create a Redmine wiki page like current wiki faq available in Redmine.
If I click one faq question, its solution should be on the same page, How to use the link in the wiki editor or any plugins required for this wiki creation.

Insert {{TOC}} macro in the page. It generates links to headings. Please see RedmineTextFormattingTextile.
