edit attachment description after upload

Hi !

I can't figure out how to edit attachments's description after uploading them. I read the this feature but couldn't find any clue ... any help appreciated. I am using redmine 4.0.5

At least in Redmine 3.4.x with default theme there is an icon to the right of the attachments

Thanks for you reply,that's right, i wasn't trying from an issue but directly from the "file" section of a project... i guess i can do the edit attaching to an issue... that would be workaround
