How to add buttons in the wiki toolbar

Hi!

I would like to add a simple button, in the same style of the others (bold, italic...) included in the wiki toolbar. This button would do the same thing as the wiki syntax help link (opening an html page in a pop-up window). I really don't understand how it works, I managed to add a link like the wiki syntax, but it doesn't meet my requirements;

How do I add this kind of button in the wiki toolbar?

IIRC the toolbar is part javascript magic, maybe have a look there.
