Questions about REST API ...

Hope I am directing it to the right forum. Please redirect as appropriate.

I have questions about the REST API (http://www.redmine.org/wiki/redmine/Rest_api). The page says that the REST API exists for Issues and Projects. So, for example, I can programmatically create/list/delete projects. But it was not clear to me if I can manage users, groups, associate project memberships to users/groups progammatically. Do I have to do that manually as an administrator?

I don't think that memberships are available through the REST API at this point.
