Problem with time format

Hi!

I changed the way time is displayed in the boxes (news, issues...) so the user can see as an actual date when was the issue/news created instead of just an approximation ("Added by * 21 hours ago" for instance). The idea is to display something like "Added by * on 18/06/2010 at 09:58 am".

So far, I adjusted the date to "18/06/2010 09:58", but I don't know where to look to add a little something right between the date and the time ("at"). What is the file handling that?

Pray tell what changes you already made, it might be a thing handled by the translation file.
