Hi,
How do I back up redmine data? Which folder I must save?

The most important data is the files directory (where uploaded files are stored) and the database.

Probably the easiest way (and guaranteed to be complete) is to backup the complete redmine directory and the database.

Depends on your database setup. It can either be a SQLite3 DB (so just a single file), a MySQL or a Postgres DB. In the Sqlite3 case, you can either just copy the database file or perform a SQL dump. In the other cases, you have to research the correct technique for your environment. Ask your Google for more info.

You can find out which database you use by taking a look into config/database.yml

And always remember: There is no such thing as a free lunch. :)

I'm really confused, but I know that I have a MySQL database. :)

I'm hungry, I need a free lunch. :D
