how to really close tickets

Hi everyone,

i am very lucky that i got redmine installed on my server and i think it is a great tool.

One thing, it might be an understanding problem:

When i mark a ticket as solved, it still appears in the "reportet issues" list.

From my understanding, a ticket should be closed and "gone" when market "resolved" ?

Thanks for any help, it probably is really trivial.

You can set what different issue statuses that corresponds to the issue being "closed" under administration->issue statuses
