No notification email after "Editing an existing issue's Subject or Description"

Hello all.

Like the subject,I modified the "Description" using the following URL steps,but no email notification received.
http://www.redmine.org/wiki/redmine/RedmineIssues#Editing-an-existing-issues-Subject-or-Description

But I can receive notification email correctly after edit the "Status" etc...

Can somebody give me some help about this? I have searched the site but no result found.

If you want guaranteed response times, get paid support, and editing the description doesn't generate a journal and hence doesn't generate an email either.
