set no_self_notified true for all existing users and as default value for new users

Hey,

By default I want "I don't want to be notified of changes that I make myself" to be set to "True" when a new user is created.

Also, how can I update the value for all existing users no_self_notified to true?

Is there anybody can give an answer here?
We have the same issue and we need to set this field value from API or by default in creation process.

Hello,
Administration / Settings / Email notifications.
Change Default notification option.
For existing users, it can be done quite easily through Rails console.
