Update the main text of an issue

Hi,

Since i've updated to 2.x, i can't change the first text of the issue.
Before, there is a link near the title when i clicked on "update", this link disappear.

I've chek the manager rights and all checkboxes are checked.

theres a little icon that you need to press to edit the description
