android app with offline database

we use redmine for it service onside
in office we send details to employs
they know what to do onside
but...

...we want to have documentation on many issues.
online not a problem.
but is there a android app transporting all questions? issues? pictures?
and working offline while being offline and synchronising when back online???

I don't know if there's an offline app for Redmine available. In my opinion, the best app for Android so far is "Redminer", but I don't know, if they support every custom field.
And I have to admit that after a couple of days I always return to the mobile view of Redmine again. You can also create and modify the issues by email which is working very well, too. If your Redmine is not available to the outside world, this could be a good way to go.
