commit do not appear realtime

We noticed on redmine our commits do not appear real time or do not appear at all, but works when we pull from repo. When running on command line the logs are updated and also when we tried to pull the code it is updated, however it is not displaying on gui. Tried to restart apache and the server still encountered the issue. kindly help. Thanks in advance.

Depending on your Redmine (SCM) configuration, Redmine does or does not automatically fetch new commits from repositories. You might want to read:
    (1-1/1)
