How to migrate redmine 1.4.4 to 3.4.6

Good evening, I'm needing to migrate all the information and users from one redmine to another.
Old Server:
- Debian 7.8 (wheezy)
- Redmine 1.4.4.stable (SQLite)
- BD installed on the same server
New server:
- Debian 9.4 (stretch)
- Redmine 3.4.6.stable
- Mysql2 (in separate server)
I already appreciate any help or clue that you can give me.

Buenas noches, estoy necesitando migrar toda la información y usuarios de un redmine a otro.
Server antiguo:
