Problem with the list of the tracker when I do a new issue

Added by Pepe Lopez over 2 years ago

Hi all,
I use the latest docker container https://hub.docker.com/_/redmine
I expose my problem. I have a MDEF role that only can see some trackers:

When I go to open a issue with a user of this role, the tracker that show me the combo are all.

Its possible to show only the trackers that I select to have permissions?

Thanks for your time.

Greetings!

Do you have an administrator privilege?

If you have an administrator privilege, you can see all objects regardless of permission settings.

Hi Go MAEDA,
No, the user doesn't have the admin privileges.
With my user I've seen all the values and with the user without admin privileges too.

Another possibility is that the user has multiple roles in the project. If the user has multiple roles and one of those roles is permitted to access trackers other than "MDEF" trackers, the user can see those trackers.

Hi Go MAEDA,
The user has only one rol in the application. Its possible if u can do an example for me?
The problem is that I see all the types of requests but when I select one that I do not have marked, it deselects it and marks the first of the types of request that it is allowed.
I attach the behavior in a video.
Thanks!
