SVN post-commit Hooks on Windows

Hi

I'am using Redmine and Subversion on Windows as a server. Does anyone know if there ist an existing hook for Subversion (windows), that can automatic close a ticket if someone writes 'fixes #3' or something like that? I could not find anything yet. Thanks for your help!

Take a look at RedmineSettings which shows you how to do this without using SVN-hooks.
