Two "Spent time" text box in Log time section

Description

We upgraded from Redmine 1.3.1 to 1.4.1

Now when I try to update a Issue I see 2 "Spent Time" text box in Log section. Is this a bug in Redmine 1.4.1? I have also attached a screenshot for your reference

We are using Redmine 1.4.1
