redmine:send_reminders notification misses if assignee is a group

Description

Rake task "redmine:send_reminders" only send notifications for tickets assigned to users, if the ticket is assigned to a group, users in that group don't get notificated. It's discussable but IMHO is a must for teamwork.

In addition there's no way to especify a group_id in the rake task.
