Description
Repro:
Click on a project containing a sub project.
Click on "Issues."
Click on an issue in the list that is marked as belonging to a subproject.
Click on "View all issues" or click on the "Issues" tab.
Result:
You see the issue list for the subproject only.
Expect:
You are taken back to the issues page for the parent project.

Disagree.. If the issue is in a subproject, I think it's normal to be taken to the subproject when you click on it. And everything there should be scoped in the subproject.
Plus if you want to stay in the parent project, you should have a different url/view/etc., and it would be difficult to handle in the code, and for the user (may lead to unexpected results).
