Possibility to disable subtasks

Description
I would like to be able to disable subtasks at all. It is possible to disable http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/RedmineSettings#Allow-cross-project-subtasks but I could not find any setting to completely disable subtasks. We had some issues with subtasks in our group since some members did not use them correctly. Actually we do not need subtasks and therefore I would like to disable them to avoid wrong usage.

You should be able to do that by removing the manage subtasks permission. Did you try it?

We can disable subtasks by setting permissions.
