Distinguish closed subprojects on the project overview

Description
I closed a subproject, however, Project Overview father still appears without reference to their status or ability to filter it.
Agradeceria option for not listed closed subprojects.
- Status changed from New to Resolved
- Assignee set to Jean-Philippe Lang
- Target version set to 3.3.1
- Resolution set to Fixed
r15585 greys out closed subprojects on the project overview.
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
- Subject changed from Sub projects still appear in closed Overview to Distinguish closed subprojects on the project overview
- Has duplicate Feature #23327: Visually mark closed subprojects on parent project page added
