Bulk edit for time entries does not support User filed

In Redmine 4.1, time entry has a new User field that allows entering another user's spent time (#3848).
However, the User field is missing on the bulk edit screen for time entries. I think it is better to have the User field in bulk edit screen as well in order to reap the benefit of the new feature.
