  Description

Even if an issue is "closed" I can still edit it and assign a new subtask to it

       - Status changed from New to Closed
- Resolution set to Invalid
You can set the fields that you don't want to be editable (ie. read-only) when an issue is in a closed status, via the workflow fields permissions.
Please don't use issues for support requests. Please use the forums instead.

	Don't agree.
In worflow I can put in read-only only fields. Ok
But I cannot disable creation of subtask associated with a closed issue.

I recommend you to update your Redmine to the latest version. Redmine 3.4.0 or later don't allow adding open subtasks to a closed issue. See #10989 for details.
