Description

Currently there exist only 1 log file under /log which gets bigger and bigger. It would be nice and very helpful if there exist administrator options to set some logfile splitting (day, week, month) and some option when to automatically archive/delete logfiles (e.g. delete after 1 month).

You can use dedicated tools like logrotate.
