The project jump box does not work

Description

Hi, I'm using this version of redmine:

Environment:
  Redmine version                4.1.1.stable
  Ruby version                   2.6.6-p146 (2020-03-31) [x86_64-linux]
  Rails version                  5.2.4.2
  Environment                    production
  Database adapter               Mysql2

And I cannot switch to another project using the "Jump to project" filter: it does not work. I have the same issue with Filter on Issue list.
It seems that all filters are "frozen". I tested with Google Chrome, Safari on Mac, FireFox and Chrome.
