Hi all,
the issue we are facing is the following:
When users are using redmine from the internal company network they can upload files as attachment in the redmine issues without any issue at all.
When they try to upload the same file for the same ticket over VPN , the upload does not proceed. Access to redmine over VPN is permitted and all other functionalities work fine.
It seems that there is not response for the posting to upload.js when it is done over VPN.
Any ideas for the solution?
Our redmine version is the following:

Redmine version 3.4.6.stable
Ruby version 2.4.4-p296 (2018-03-28) [x86_64-linux]
Rails version 4.2.8
