Sorry, this is not a plugin request but it's a problem with a 3rd party plugin you provide in your wiki: https://www.redmine.org/plugins/redmine_contacts

It called "CRM" but actually is a "Contacts" plugin. They also offer a full paid version that yes is a CRM, but this is only "Contacts". And you must send your email to them for getting the download link. I already rated it at your plugins wiki page.

Problem is that I need to post a bug, but they doesn't provide a way to do it, since doesn't provide a repository code link at the wiki page (above).

I propose to force people uploading plugins to provide valid way for submit bugs, and also remove this project (and others) that doesn't provide a way for submit a bug or similar.

I think this kind of plugins offered from your site, doesn't improve your project and does not bring anything new.
