It would be nice to have the ability to specify a number format for numeric custom fields (float and integer) or at least specify the number of decimal digits shown for float fields.

Currently, it is imposible to get i. e. longitude and latitude properly formated because only two decimal digits are shown. A hard-coded fix as suggested in https://www.redmine.org/boards/2/topics/65459 is too restrictive because it applies to all float fields.
