Incorrect "for" attribute in labels of issue relations import

Description

On the bottom of the Import issues mapping form there is a Relations mapping fieldset.

The labels inside the fieldset have an incorrect for attribute. It should be import_mapping_relation_duplicates instead of import_settings_mapping_relation_duplicates for example.

A patch is attached.
