Description
Since Redmine 6.1.0, when using a language with RTL text direction, the avatar in issue views is positioned incorrectly. It should appear on the far right, but instead it is displayed slightly left of center.

This issue only occurs when Gravatar icon is disabled.
The attached patch fixes the issue.

Setting the target version to 6.1.1.

Merged the fix into 6.1-stable branch in r24166.
