Description

The current layout of the div#content area places the page title very close to the main menu. This makes the top of the content look crowded and slightly harder to scan.

The attached patch increases the top padding of the div#content from 10px to 18px.

This additional top padding creates clearer separation between the main menu and the page title, and improves readability.
