The roadmap, news, and documents index pages lack visual structure. The boundary between items is unclear, making these pages hard to scan.

This patch adjusts padding and indentation so that each item is visually distinct as a block.

• Indent sub-content (author, description, wiki) relative to the item title
• Style secondary info (author, date) in gray
• Suppress excess paragraph margins within items
• Style document group headings with a light gray background
• Add a document icon to document item titles
• Fix sort-by-date group headings to use locale-aware date formatting (format_activity_day)
