Document Ghostscript as an optional dependency in doc/INSTALL
Description
Redmine 4.1.0 added support for generating thumbnails for PDF attachments (#22481).
This feature requires Ghostscript. Although this is documented in the Wiki page RedmineInstall, doc/INSTALL currently mentions only ImageMagick.
The attached patch adds Ghostscript to the optional components listed in doc/INSTALL, keeping it consistent with the installation guide.
