Remove unused i18n key label_logged_as
Description
The i18n key label_logged_as ("Logged in as") is no longer used anywhere in the code.
Up to and including Redmine 6.1, it was used in source:tags/6.1.4/app/views/layouts/base.html.erb#L65, where the top menu displayed "Logged in as <user>". That usage was removed in r24799 (#31353, released in 7.0.0), which replaced the user-related links in the top menu bar with a proper user menu.
I propose removing label_logged_as from config/locales/*.yml.
