The attached patch adds the "Updated" column to the available columns of the spent time list.

Currently, the spent time list offers the "Created" column but not the "Updated" column, which is inconsistent. Because only the available columns can be used for sorting, time entries cannot be sorted by their update time, either in the UI or via the REST API.

With this patch, the "Updated" column can be used for display, sorting, grouping, and CSV export. Sorting is also available via the REST API (sort=updated_on:desc).
