Highlight the entire hovered row in the Gantt chart
Description
This issue is for committing the third patch submitted by Katsuya HIDAKA in #44567 (0003-Highlight-corresponding-Gantt-rows.patch) separately, so that the feature has its own entry in the changelog.
The patch does the following:
- Highlight the corresponding row across the Gantt chart.
- Make wide charts easier to read and discuss during screen sharing.
Currently, only the subject of an issue is highlighted when the mouse pointer is over it. With this patch, the whole row is highlighted, including the selected columns and the timeline, regardless of which part of the row the mouse pointer is over.
