Limit the number of members shown for each role in Members box

Description

Now that the members page is available to all users (#44581) who can see the members box from the Overview tab, we can improve the members box by following:
  1. Limit the number of members displayed for each role to 10 (I'm not sure if it is enough)
  2. Display the avatar for each member
  3. Overflow badge with the remaining members
