Redmine

I tried commenting on #5736 repeatedly, but this failed repeatedly with an HTTP 500:
Oups...

An error occurred on the page you were trying to access.
If you continue to experience problems please contact your Redmine administrator for assistance.

If you are the Redmine administrator, check your log files for details about the error.

I have not used this ITS in years so I thought it was broken, but my first attempts to add a trivial note worked immediately. I could also add a test note on another ticket, so I am guessing my notes’ content, which I am attaching, is triggering a bug.

I will try submitting that same note here after I create this ticket, so assume it's the text if you don't see any note below.
