Description

Attached is a patch updating the Italian translation against trunk r25323.

- Translated the remaining 25 strings that were still in English (avatar, favicon, non-working dates, test email, issue status errors, export permissions, etc.).
- Reordered keys so that it.yml follows the same order as en.yml.

The file has been verified to load correctly with Ruby's YAML parser; all keys in en.yml are present and %{...} placeholders match.
