Description

When assets are precompiled in a Subversion working copy, the generated public/assets directory is reported as unversioned by svn status:

$ svn status
?       public/assets

The directory is already excluded in .gitignore ("/public/assets/*"), but the svn:ignore property on the public directory only contains "dispatch.*".

This issue adds "assets" to the svn:ignore property of the public directory, so that svn:ignore is consistent with .gitignore.
