ApplicationHelperTest#test_wiki_textarea_stimulus_attributes tests are never run

Description

The two tests for ApplicationHelper#wiki_textarea_stimulus_attributes in test/helpers/application_helper_test.rb are defined after the private keyword:

  • test_wiki_textarea_stimulus_attributes
  • test_wiki_textarea_stimulus_attributes_with_blank_text_formatting
The attached patch:
  • moves both tests before private, so that they are run;
  • updates the expected attributes with the selection-indent controller, its actions and the selection_indent_text_formatting_param parameter.
