Redmine

The attached patch removes the following files, which are no longer used:

• app/assets/javascripts/tablesort-5.2.1.min.js
• app/assets/javascripts/tablesort-5.2.1.number.min.js

r24357 (#43643) updated tablesort to v5.7.0 and migrated it to a Stimulus controller. Redmine now loads the library from vendor/javascript through importmap. That revision also removed the javascript_include_tag call for the v5.2.1 files, but left the files themselves in place.
