In 1.0.4 I have several issues that are in different projects and subprojects, but all with the same target version. The bulk operation tool does not allow me to change the version if I select issues that are in different projects. Once I select issues that are in different projects the only option on the right mouse button popup that is to not greyed out is Status. But its submenu is completely greyed out.
My comparison here is to iTunes. If I have several songs selected I can edit the common information for the selected songs. e.g. the comment field across several albums or groups of individual songs.
