I would like a simple link to jump back to the top of the issue page.
I find myself reading some long issues and then needing to be at the top. Adding that into the update/move/copy/delete/... line would be where I would put it.
(using 1.0.4 soon to be 1.2.0)

Use "Home" key on keyboard. Webpage interfaces shouldn't be overloaded with system/browser control features.
Or your may just add it into your Redmine's theme.
