Looking at Redmine's roadmap at http://www.redmine.org I saw that the counters of the issues are incorrect:
Closed issues counter is 2, while there is only one closed issue.
Similar issue is right now with 1.3.0 version: The counter of opened issues is 7, while there is 6 opened issued in the list.

Patches are not displayed by default on the roadmap page here. Issue counts are correct, look at 1.2.3.
