Change Summaries

I'm considering upgrading our implementation of Redmine from V2.1 which has been very serviceable to the latest revision. Is there a list of the most important user-facing changes over the major versions. I've been through the News releases for all the changes, but I want to focus in on what my users are most likely to need or notice.

I don't think there is something like a list with major features, I'm afraid. From my own experience over the last eight years I would say that Redmine was very consistent in its UI and workflows. It hasn't changed that much in it's look and feel. My advice for you is to spin up a docker container or a Bitnami VM with the latest version and play around with it and perhaps make it accessible to some of your users to see if they come along with it.
